I believe strategy only matters if it gets executed. Too many good ideas stall in the gap between vision and implementation — the budget that never gets structured, the partnership that never gets formalized, the program that looks great on paper but falls apart in the field. That gap is where I work. Whether I'm managing a seven-figure program budget or helping a founder turn an idea into an investable proposal, my job is to bring the discipline of project management together with the relationships and cultural fluency that make community work actually stick.
Why this Work?
I grew up watching what happens when investment shows up without community, and what happens when community organizes without the resources to execute. Both fall short. My work — across public health, cannabis policy, workforce development, and now H&A — has always lived at that intersection, because I think that's where real, lasting impact gets built. I've managed programs from NYC to Ghana, and the throughline has never changed: people deserve strategy that respects both the numbers and the neighborhood.
